About The Role
As a Corporate Tax specialist within the Real Assets Portfolio (RAP) team, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including private equity investors, multinational organisations, public sector bodies, entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses. You'll play a key role in helping clients navigate complex tax matters across the deal lifecycle, providing both technical expertise and commercial insight.
Deals TaxAs a Corporate Tax specialist within the Real Assets Portfolio (RAP) team, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including private equity investors, multinational organisations, public sector bodies, entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses. You'll play a key role in helping clients navigate complex tax matters across the deal lifecycle, providing both technical expertise and commercial insight.
What Your Days Will Look Like- Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted adviser on complex UK corporate tax matters and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Leading multidisciplinary client teams, coordinating tax specialists and international colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities for additional work, supporting business development activities and contributing to proposals and pitches.
- Coaching, developing and supporting junior team members, providing regular feedback and helping to build a strong team culture.
- Overseeing the financial management of client engagements, including budgeting, monitoring profitability and ensuring timely billing.
- Keeping up to date with tax legislation and market developments while contributing to technical training, thought leadership and the adoption of new technologies within the team.
- Must possess a ACA/CTA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
- You enjoy building trusted relationships with clients and acting as their go-to adviser on complex tax matters.
- You are commercially minded and enjoy identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and win new business.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment, working across multidisciplinary teams and coordinating input from specialists to deliver the best outcomes.
- You are passionate about developing others through coaching, mentoring and sharing your technical expertise.
