Group Retirement Services Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will administer Group Retirement Services products and support members, administrators, advisors, and brokers. You will become proficient in GPAS while managing transactions, reporting, inquiries, and sensitive issues. The work requires analytical thinking, strong organization, and knowledge of retirement products and operations.

• Maintain plan and member records accurately within GPAS
• Process contributions, fund changes, benefit payments, and reporting
• Respond professionally to phone and email inquiries
• Manage a defined business block and service standards
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy and discretion

• Advanced analytical and strategic thinking for complex issues
• Clear, confident communication across organizational levels
• Strong organizational discipline managing multiple initiatives
• Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of investment and retirement products
