Compensation:

• Junior Hair Stylists & Junior Barbers: $2,500/month + 15% on services (negotiable)

Tress Lounge is a luxury hair, beauty salon and spa brand dedicated to creativity, high-quality service, and exceptional client experiences. We provide a professional, supportive environment for stylists and barbers to grow their skills, build loyal clientele, and maximize earning potential.

• Perform hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments for all clients
• Offer mens grooming services, including fades, beard trims, and shaves (for Barbers)
• Conduct client consultations and provide personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe workspace
• Promote and sell retail products to support client results and salon revenue
• Stay updated on trends, techniques, and industry innovations
• Support team collaboration and contribute to a positive salon culture

Senior Hair Stylists & Senior Barbers:

• Licensed hairstylist or barber with floor experience
• 3+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of client retention
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling
• Ability to mentor junior team members is an asset

Junior Hair Stylists & Junior Barbers:

• Passionate about hairstyling or barbering with a willingness to learn
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
