• Registration (member in good standing) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
• 1‑3 years of experience treating clients in an outpatient setting is a strong asset
• New licensed graduates are encouraged to apply
• Interest in a treatment‑based approach and complex injuries
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others

• Use your superior technique in providing hands‑on manipulation to the body’s tissues—including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and joints—to help decrease pain and improve mobility
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
• Work collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals at your clinic
• Utilize e‑charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
• Manage caseload in a fast‑paced environment
