Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop tailored treatment plans and implement evidence‑based therapy for each client’s needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including physicians, psychologists, educators—to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date client records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in continuous learning through professional development and training.
- Educate and empower clients and families with strategies to support communication and swallowing functions, enhancing quality of life.

- Post‑secondary school:
Master’s degree or recognized equivalent in Speech‑Language Pathology. - Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists or Speech‑Language Pathologists.
- Preferred:
Three years’ experience providing Speech‑Language Pathology services. - Experience completing in‑home assessments and treatments.
- Enjoy working with clients of all ages in multiple treatment environments; strong oral and written communication plus exceptional interpersonal and decision‑making skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
