• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and implement evidence‑based therapy for each client’s needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including physicians, psychologists, educators—to provide holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date client records in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous learning through professional development and training.
• Educate and empower clients and families with strategies to support communication and swallowing functions, enhancing quality of life.

• Post‑secondary school:
  Master’s degree or recognized equivalent in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists or Speech‑Language Pathologists.
• Preferred:
  Three years’ experience providing Speech‑Language Pathology services.
• Experience completing in‑home assessments and treatments.
• Enjoy working with clients of all ages in multiple treatment environments; strong oral and written communication plus exceptional interpersonal and decision‑making skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
