Senior Consultant – SAP FICO/RTR – EY

Location: London, Ontario, Canada

EY Consulting Services seeks a Senior Consultant to join EY Canada’s SAP Practice Consulting team. This role offers variety, challenge, responsibility, and leadership potential while leading engagements for local and international clients.

• Assist in developing methodologies, tools, and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market.
• Travel to meet client needs (20‑30% travel estimate).
• Deliver high‑quality client services, manage risk, ensure timely deliverables, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain awareness of current business and industry trends relevant to the client.
• Interface with clients daily at all levels.

• Degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or related field (SAP certification preferred).
• Approximately 4+ years of related work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 2‑3 years with a master’s degree.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience with SAP Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Fixed Asset, Controlling, Entity Close, etc.).
• Ability to configure SAP finance and controlling processes and produce work products/packages conforming to client standards.
• Participation in at least one full life‑cycle implementation (or equivalent).
• Familiarity with SAP module integrations (MM, PM, IBP, QM, SD, LE, TM, FI, CO).
• Experience executing a business blueprint and documenting business requirements.
• Experience in project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering, and project management methodology.
• Field experience supporting a client in a live SAP system is highly preferred.

• $5,000 per year for mental health support.

Pay Ranges (British Columbia): $72,000 – $132,000 per year (actual salary determined by education, experience, skill level, and city location).
