About

The Role

The Product Manager, Platform, will own key components of the Maestro platform, including Embedded Algorithms, core application developer SDKs, and other core application services to support the platform modernisation. This role is ideal for a technically strong PM who can work across platform and developer-focused products.

What you will do
  • Play a critical role in developing and articulating the vision, strategy, roadmap and development for a new platform administration experience, improving configuration, monitoring, and admin workflows.
  • Lead the roadmap and development for core application services, including Solver Studio and Advanced Solver Studio that allow developers to build custom heuristic and optimization solutions.
  • Own Core SDKs ensuring usability, adoption, and ongoing enhancements for developers.
  • Identify and lead updates and improvements to the application business logic tier.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality platform capabilities.
  • Build trusted relations and engage with customers and stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure successful adoption.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is an asset.
  • Demonstrable Product Management experience ideally in enterprise software, platform environment, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure
  • Strong technical background (software engineering, Dev Ops, computer science, or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working with APIs, SDKs, platform services, and security features.
  • Working knowledge of cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into clear product direction and roadmap items.
  • Agile and adaptable; excels at managing and prioritizing workloads in an environment of ongoing urgency, ambiguity, and change.
  • Highly influential with experience gaining stakeholder buy-in and delivering a compelling Product vision
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with optimization engines, scheduling systems, forecasting tools, or computation-intensive workloads.
  • Experience collaborating with customers in highly regulated industries, understanding the unique challenges and requirements they face
  • Experience with identity and access management
  • Database experience – row level security is a plus
