Implementation Specialist - Mobility

Temporary assignment expected to last up to five months from the date of hire.

As an Implementation Specialist, your primary responsibility is to complete the onboarding of new customers onto our Mastermind technology. You will securely connect to customer DMS (Dealership Management System) databases, ingest their data, review the data sets, and implement with quality to ensure each customer is configured properly and on time. You will become a subject matter expert in our database configurations, data flows, and systems.

We will rely on you to troubleshoot and solve configuration issues with speed and accuracy. You will also concurrently manage new customer onboardings, support tickets, DMS changes, and digital setups for our customers. You are expected to proactively communicate the current status, next steps, and proposed solutions with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Own and manage the entire Implementation setup of new customers, including data from dealer DMS, CRM, or other data source.
• Obtain customer data, ingest it into our systems, and quality check for expected functionality.
• Become a subject matter expert in the DMS and data extraction topics.
• Own and manage the implementation of Mastermind’s digital offerings.
• Query and extract data using common computer languages.
• Quickly own and resolve support tickets, explain root cause, and suggest process improvements for recurring cases.
• Communicate status updates and next steps via phone, Slack, and email to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work diligently and collaboratively with members of other teams to meet or exceed communicated service level agreements.
• Proactively recognize and address setbacks and risks to expectations and escalates as required.
• Own the initial and ongoing data quality of assigned customers.
• Prioritize and manage concurrent work streams with minimal supervision.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Customer‑facing experience preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and an understanding of process‑based tools.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with SQL.

• Auto industry experience or auto databases.

• Facebook Business Manager experience.

London, Ontario office. Hybrid work schedule with a minimum of two teamdays in the office.
