What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Solutions, you'll be responsible for implementing designs as directed by senior team members. This includes developing Salesforce applications and maintaining existing production configurations, while navigating through all stages of the software development lifecycle.
The core parts of your role will be to:
- Work closely with internal team members and external partners in the design, development, and implementation of business solutions leveraging the Salesforce technologies.
- Configure and develop Salesforce multi-cloud CRM solutions that support OTIP initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, identify and gather their requirements and needs, and translate them into technical specifications and Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Configure necessary Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce UI and programming logic in LWC and Apex.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize API-based integrations between Salesforce CRM and other systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless data flow.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and regression activities to ensure reliability and performance of Salesforce CRM solutions.

About You:
This is the unique blend of skills and experience we would love to see in an ideal candidate:
- Completion of at least 1 post‑secondary education in a related field.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of development experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Experience developing solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CMS, Knowledge, and Experience Cloud (authenticated and unauthenticated).
- Experience with multi‑lingual Salesforce implementation is a highly desired asset.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security, including but not limited to roles, profiles, permissions.
- Proficiency with , Apex, Lightning Web Component and other Salesforce customization toolsets.
- Demonstrate understanding of cloud technology fundamentals and cloud‑based security concepts.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools.
- Highly analytical individual with advanced problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Highly motivated communicator with strong customer service acumen, capable of coordinating multiple external technology and business partners.
- Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, and Dev Ops processes & toolsets (like Gearset, Copado).
- The ability to communicate in French is considered an asset.
