We are seeking three highly motivated and technically proficient Bilingual (French/English) Service Availability Representatives to join our Employee Enablement team in London, Ontario. This is a first‑level technical support (Service Desk) position dedicated to resolving technology‑based incidents for our internal colleagues.

• 2‑year contract with high potential for permanent conversion.

• 100% On‑site – London, Ontario.

Start Date:

March 2, 2026.

• Salary: $23.50 per hour.

• 24/7/365 operation.

• Must be available and willing to work a weekly rotational schedule covering all three shifts:
Standard Day, 2nd Shift (Evening), and Overnight. Weekend and holiday coverage is part of the rotation.

• Provide professional first‑level technical support via calls and emails.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to PC hardware and O365 applications.
• Ensure detailed documentation of all issues within the ticketing system.
• Identify and elevate wide‑impact outages or high‑risk issues promptly.
• Monitor resources to ensure the availability of business applications.

• Bilingualism:
  Absolute fluency in French and English (mandatory assessment).
• Technical background:
  Previous IT support experience or related technical education.
• Software proficiency:
  Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Typing speed:
  Minimum of 35 words per minute.
• Communication:
  Exceptional service skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon.
