It is powered by Open Text technologies using AI‑driven operations and cybersecurity tools and automation to monitor services, proactively respond to anomalies and incidents in real-time, and keep businesses and economies operating through high‑availability, always on networks.

You’ll play a key role in monitoring and responding to issues across applications, systems, and networks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and reliably. The Role Offers
As a NOC administrator, you will:
- Use your problem‑solving skills and structured thinking to tackle complex challenges and simplify them for others.
- Provide technical and process leadership to the NOC team, identifying opportunities to improve systems, technologies, and workflows for better reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver seamless, end‑to‑end customer experiences.
- Contribute to our knowledge base by developing and refining processes.
- Champion positive change that enhances customer outcomes and experience.
- A curious mindset and a passion for digging into problems to find clear, effective solutions.
- Strong systems thinking—always looking for root causes and applying fixes that make the biggest impact.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to create and implement best‑in‑class solutions with measurable results.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment where your work makes a real difference.
- A start‑up mentality—ready to move quickly, innovate, and challenge the status quo.
- Excellent communication skills, including confidence in working with senior stakeholders.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- A technical degree or proven track record of continuous learning and hands‑on experience in technology.
- Experience with SaaS applications and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Flexibility to work any shift in a 24/7/365 environment, including some holidays and weekends.
