Take charge as an Incident & Problem Governance Specialist to oversee ITIL-based processes. Ensure rapid restoration of service and continuous improvement.
In this pivotal role, you'll govern incident and problem management services, drawing on over 8 years in IT. Your responsibilities include managing major incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and overseeing emergency changes during after-hours. Flexibility for on-call schedules is a must, including evenings and nights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and facilitate major incident management activities
• Command incident bridges and provide stakeholder updates
• Conduct problem meetings to identify root causes
• Collaborate with Change Management for urgent solutions
• Support process improvement through incident documentation
Requirements:
• Degree in computer science or similar field
• Minimum of 8 years in IT, with 5 years in incident management
• Knowledge of Service Now, Jira, and IT tools
• Strong analytical and structured approach to challenges
• Excellent communication skills with ITIL certification preferred
