Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Position Summary

CoreResponsibilities
- Digital Campaign Optimization & Management
- Manage and optimize paid search and performance media campaigns, including:
- Google Ads & Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, You Tube)
- Paid Social (Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Reddit, etc.)
- Monitor trends and adjust strategies to maximize traffic quality and conversion rates.
- Work with the team to ensure campaigns follow a test-and-learn optimization methodology to maximize results
- Implement budget pacing, bid strategies and appropriate automation
- Traditional & AI Search:
Drive organic visibility across traditional search and emerging AI platforms (Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT). - LLM Optimization:
Leverage entity-based SEO, structured data, and conversational search tactics to secure authoritative citations in AI outputs. - Next-Gen Measurement:
Track and measure brand presence and share of voice beyond standard SERP rankings.
- Strategize, advise & contribute to the concepting of landing pages that support all digital advertising campaigns.
- Own the digital measurement and outcomes in:
Google Analytics (GA4) and ad platforms, Multi-touch attribution modeling, KPI dashboards (Agency Analytics) that translate performance into business outcomes - Tag management (GTM), tracking, attribution, and analytics
- Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews (as required by agency/client), interpreting data to surface actionable insights. Participating in client meetings as required.
- Oversee agency reporting to ensure quality and value for clients. Identify key wins and selling opportunities while pointing out areas of improvement or performance deficiencies.
- Lead the development and execution of targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing and demand generation.
- Optimize segmentation, content, and automation strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
- Manage leads to ensure communication is being sent to the correct audience for the campaigns.
- Provider leadership, guidance and hands‑on execution on client CRM platforms implementation. Specific experience in Hub Spot and Salesforce is an asset.
- Lead the writing of comprehensive digital media plans and strategies, in collaboration with Account Lead and Account Manager input that are aligned to client's business goals.
- Establish campaign roadmaps, KPIs and performance benchmarks for all digital marketing campaigns.
- Define cross‑channel strategy across SEO/GEO, SEM/PPC, paid social, display, programmatic, CRO, analytics, email automation, and emerging digital channels
- Drive innovation by evaluating new platforms, AI tools, and emerging digital opportunities
- Serve as a client‑facing knowledge expert, presenting strategies, insights, and performance updates
- Support the Sales & AM team in:
- Proposal writing
- Pitch presentations
- Digital audits and strategic roadmaps
- Pricing digital retainers, SOWs, and media budgets
- Drive client expansion through proactive opportunity identification and strategic recommendations
