Pivotal Technical Operations Analyst Position

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Drive transformation in the transportation industry with Ride Co as a Technical Operations Analyst. Manage client interactions and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure top-tier service quality.

In this influential role on the Customer Success & Operations team, you will support clients and internal stakeholders alike. Working five flexible days a week, you will ensure that our operations meet or exceed established KPIs, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering strong internal relationships. Your keen problem-solving skills will be critical in this dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Ride Co software platform and quick issue resolution

• Cultivate strong customer relationships

• Respond accurately to customer inquiries and concerns

• Assist in documentation for internal and customer training

• Log interactions and track product defects in ticketing systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a technical support capacity

• Proficiency with MS Office and/or Google Workspace

• Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, or Confluence is a plus

• Ability to manage competing priorities swiftly

• Must be able to travel to client sites in North America up to 10%
