The Field Salesforce Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting financial advisors by assessing Salesforce usage and identifying process gaps. Candidates should have over five years of Salesforce experience, particularly with Financial Services Cloud. This role emphasizes client engagement and requires the ability to communicate effectively and drive actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current Salesforce usage through onsite discovery

• Craft and present customized improvement plans for branches

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff

• Define and track engagement success metrics

• Collaborate on translating insights into user requirements

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Salesforce platform experience

• 1+ year with Financial Services Cloud

• Proven client-facing consulting experience

• Willingness to travel frequently to advisor branches

• Salesforce certifications highly desirable
