This role involves front-line technical support for UTRCA staff, including diagnosing workstation hardware and software issues. As an IT Support Technician, you will handle service requests, troubleshoot devices, and assist with Microsoft 365 applications. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to IT service requests and triage issues
• Troubleshoot hardware and software across various devices
• Assist with user onboarding and account setups
• Install and configure software, hardware, and tools
• Support SharePoint and maintain knowledge base
Requirements:
• Post-secondary IT-related program completion
• 1-3 years of client-facing technical support experience
• Microsoft 365 proficiency and desktop support skills
• Familiarity with help desk systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
