Senior Technical Operations Analyst at RideCo

As a pivotal team member, you will use your experience in technical support to assist with the Ride Co software platform. In this customer-facing position, you will ensure effective communication with clients, address their needs promptly, and participate in incident responses.

Your role will facilitate successful client onboarding and maintain product knowledge that emphasizes service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide troubleshooting support for Ride Co software

• Foster positive relationships with customers

• Address questions and establish service agreements

• Create documentation for internal and external training

• Engage in incident management and system reliability efforts

Requirements:

• 3+ years of technical support experience required

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace

• Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk preferred

• Must possess a valid Passport/US B1/B2 Visa for travel

• Strong problem-solving and priority management skills
