As a part of the Digital Solutions team, you will address end-user issues promptly, providing solutions and insights to enhance organizational efficiency. This position requires sound technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should also be comfortable with on-site computer repairs and engaging with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and rectify IT problems related to software and hardware
• Deliver user support across multiple communication platforms
• Execute on-site repairs for a variety of equipment
• Document and prioritize work tickets in the IT system
• Facilitate user training sessions and develop support materials
Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma; further education preferred
• Experience in an IT support role required
• Technical troubleshooting and repair skills are essential
• Familiarity with IT systems and equipment
• Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting
