Take on a pivotal role as a Data Solutions Architect with Canada Life, part of the IWIS/AN Data and Analytics Team. This position focuses on utilizing Azure Data Factory and ETL processes to enhance data management strategies in a hybrid work environment.

In this senior role, you will lead the creation of data pipelines essential for integrating complex data sets. Your expertise will support the organization's analytical needs, driving the successful implementation of data solutions that align with business objectives. You will also be instrumental in migrating existing data frameworks to the MS Azure platform, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build data pipelines in MS Azure

• Collaborate with teams to model complex datasets

• Create and maintain data models for reuse

• Lead legacy data solutions migration to Azure

• Advise on data modeling practices and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent

• 5+ years developing data solutions

• Proficient in MS SQL and database development

• Experience with ETL tools like Informatica

• Recent hands-on work with MS Azure technologies
