Key Responsibilities:
• Develop content for e-commerce and loyalty platforms
• Improve digital engagement using UX/UI best practices
• Conduct end-user reviews for website updates
• Execute communications via email and app notifications
• Manage CRM-driven campaigns with Microsoft D365
Requirements:
• 3+ years in digital marketing or web production
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with CRM platforms and customer journeys
• Strong communication and engagement skills
