As a Senior Software Support Engineer, you will partner with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve technical challenges and support new business initiatives. Your ability to track detailed issues and communicate effectively will be essential in managing the full issue lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot customer-reported technical issues efficiently
• Project manage client deployments from issue identification to resolution
• Identify root causes by examining code and data sets
• Drive operational efficiencies through process improvements
• Create knowledge base content and internal tracking dashboards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or similar
• 3+ years’ experience with Go, Java, or Python
• Proficiency in SQL and Jira
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Self-starter with a commitment to resolving issues
