The Role

We build the Integrator function , elevate leadership teams, and create businesses that no longer rely on the Visionary as the execution backstop.

You will be stepping into businesses where EOS is already in place but not fully delivering.

Your role is to diagnose what is really happening, lead through the numbers, and create the clarity and accountability required to unlock growth.

You are not just an operator. You are a builder, a coach, and a truth-teller .

How We Drive Value

At Ops Lab, our Fractional Integrators drive real, measurable transformation. You will:

• Run high-quality L10s that drive real accountability, not surface-level updates
• Own Scorecards, Rocks, and Accountability Charts with clarity and discipline
• Lead IDS conversations that get to root cause, not symptoms
• Diagnose where EOS is breaking down and why
• Tie priorities and decisions directly to financial outcomes
• Coach Visionaries out of the weeds and into their highest and best use
• Coach Integrators into their Seat
• Challenge leadership teams with honesty while maintaining trust
• Build the Integrator function so the business becomes less dependent on you over time

What makes you Successful in this Role

• Proven Integrator experience in an EOS-run organization.
• Deep EOS expertise and a track record of driving execution.
• Financially literate and comfortable owning P&L conversations.
• Able to quickly identify root issues and create clarity.
• Direct, honest, and trusted by those around you.
• Strong coach, facilitator, and operator.
• Team-oriented with high standards and a growth mindset.
