Position: Senior Scheduling Specialist in IBM Z Workload
Elevate your career at Capgemini as a Senior Scheduling Specialist focusing on IBM Z Workload Scheduler (IZWS). Drive impactful batch scheduling migrations using your advanced technical skills.

As a Migration Deployment Specialist, you will be critical in supporting mainframe scheduling migrations and serving as a Subject Matter Expert.

Your role includes analyzing legacy platforms and collaborating with diverse teams to streamline operations. You will also monitor batch workloads and provide ongoing technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead migration efforts to IBM Z Workload Scheduler

• Translate legacy scheduling platform definitions into IZWS

• Execute migration cycles, ensuring validation and tracking

• Monitor execution and drive resolution of issues

• Assist in training and technical guidance for teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe environments

• Proven experience in IBM Z Workload Scheduler

• High proficiency in TSO/ISPF and JCL

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with REXX scripting for automation
