You will utilize your extensive knowledge of Oracle Applications and troubleshooting skills to provide support in a multi-client, third-party environment. This senior-level role involves working closely with clients and technical teams to solve complex problems and enhance overall system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support for Oracle Applications

• Troubleshoot and address technical issues effectively

• Manage integrations of Oracle Demantra and Configurator

• Document best practices and resolutions

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet client needs

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Oracle Applications support

• Proven hands-on experience in application troubleshooting

• Strong grasp of performance tuning techniques

• Ability to prioritize and manage urgent client issues

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
