You'll take charge of developing strategies, enhancing predictive analytics, and optimizing data governance practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead execution of Group Insurance data strategy
• Implement reporting and automation solutions
• Collaboratively develop predictive analytics capabilities
• Act as a subject matter expert on data insights
• Coach and lead a high-performing analytics team
Requirements:
• Over 10 years of experience in data analytics
• Strong knowledge of BI tools and data management
• Experience with data governance and quality frameworks
• Proven ability to spearhead cross-functional data projects
• Programming knowledge (like Python) is a plus
