Elevate your IT career as an IT Support Analyst with , located in London, ON. This hybrid role focuses on providing comprehensive IT support for internal employees and resolving technical issues effectively.
In this position, you will report directly to the Manager of Infrastructure & IT Operations.
Your role involves managing incident resolutions, prioritizing business requests, and fulfilling after-hours on-call support. Additionally, you'll contribute to infrastructure projects and work collaboratively with IT teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and resolve software and hardware issues
• Prioritize and fulfill business requests promptly
• Provide after-hours on-call support as needed
• Contribute to documentation and implementation of enterprise technologies
• Track progress on external issues and enhancements
Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of IT support experience
• Proficient in Windows environments and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of networking and troubleshooting methods
• Strong analytical skills and customer-focused mindset
