This role involves overseeing comprehensive IT operations at a major manufacturing site for Nutreco Canada. You will support reliable application performance and collaborate on critical IT projects. Your proactive approach will help translate strategic business needs into operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end technical operations for application support
• Execute system/software deployments, including ERP/MES
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage projects
• Address troubleshooting needs and change requests promptly
• Implement continuous improvements in IT processes
Requirements:
• 2–3+ years of experience with IT infrastructure support
• Knowledge of Windows/Server, SQL Server, and VMware
• Capability to manage technical projects efficiently
• Familiarity with ERP and manufacturing applications
• Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
