We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Specialist for our London office, offering 14 hours per week. Your focus will be assisting users with technical issues across business applications and hardware. A strong understanding of Microsoft Windows environments and excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide help desk and technical support for users
• Troubleshoot and repair workstations, laptops, and servers
• Identify and resolve network and software issues
• Conduct root cause analysis for technology problems
• Document product defects and assist with QA processes
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Computer Systems Technology
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows environments
• Knowledge of Active Directory and network support
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
