Lead the transformation of Salesforce capabilities as a Tech Lead! Your expertise will drive scalable solutions and enhance cross-organizational collaboration within the Salesforce platform.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design and development of Salesforce applications, managing a team of developers through complex challenges. Your proactive approach will incorporate the latest Salesforce advancements, ensuring that best practices are continually implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and lead Salesforce developers in project execution
• Define and direct the technical strategy for Salesforce tools
• Own comprehensive solution design and architecture
• Serve as a technical expert for the team
• Research and promote innovative Salesforce enhancements
Requirements:
• 8+ years leading projects on Salesforce platforms
• Expert in Salesforce development best practices
• Extensive experience in UI development with Lightning components
• In-depth knowledge of integration patterns and APIs
• Communication skills for diverse stakeholders
