Location: southwestern ontario
Transform telehealth with Grow Therapy as a Senior Engineering Manager in a hybrid role. Drive improvements in the live session experience and enhance the tools for therapists and patients.
This pivotal role places you at the helm of the Telehealth Experience team, responsible for the technology that supports every live therapy session. You'll be instrumental in balancing reliability and innovation, fostering the technical roadmap to enhance user experiences in real-time. Your coaching will empower engineers while maintaining oversight of operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a trusted engineering team on session lifecycle
• Develop a strategic roadmap for telehealth initiatives
• Mentor engineers through complex problems
• Ensure visibility of reliability metrics across teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement features
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years leading engineering teams and projects
• Experience with reliability-focused real-time systems
• Background in guiding teams through technological shifts
• Engaged in technical oversight during reviews
• Desired, but not required:
Healthcare experience and knowledge of related technologies
