Open Text is hiring an Expert NOC Administrator in Waterloo to lead and innovate within our Global Network Operations Command Centre. This role focuses on ensuring smooth and reliable network operations through technical expertise.
As an Expert NOC Administrator, you'll tackle complex issues while leading the NOC team to improve system reliability and performance. You will engage with engineering teams, refine processes, and enhance the overall customer experience. This position requires a strong focus on SaaS applications and excellent communication skills, fluency in both French and English is necessary for supporting global clients.

Requirements:

• Night shift availability from 10 pm to 7 am

• Fluency in French and English
