Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage IT Help Desk tickets
• Provide technical assistance to internal customers
• Perform troubleshooting and log issues
• Maintain communication with users for updates
• Direct unresolved queries to senior staff
Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent in IT field
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows OS
• Familiarity with smartphone OS (Android & iOS)
• Clean G driver's license and criminal record
