As part of Equitable's Enterprise Data Insights & Impact team, you will report directly to the Head of Data Governance & Quality. Engage with cross-functional teams to foster a strong data governance culture while implementing best practices. Your experience will contribute significantly to delivering data solutions that empower decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks

• Collaborate on data quality monitoring and remediation

• Support metadata and data lineage initiatives

• Create training materials to boost data literacy

• Develop dashboards to track data governance effectiveness

Requirements:

• Over 5 years in Data Governance and Quality roles

• Strong SQL and Excel analytical skills

• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform applications

• Proven ability to work with diverse teams

• Experience in data-focused initiatives is a must
