Location: Southwestern Ontario
Become a Senior Business Data Analyst with Sun Life, leveraging advanced SQL and analytics tools to provide actionable insights. Hybrid work model offers flexibility while you enhance client engagement strategies.
As part of the Personalization Platform & Measurement team, you will partner with stakeholders to deliver baseline reporting and unlock data-driven insights. This role requires at least three years in data or performance analysis, along with expertise in SQL Server and Tableau. Your work will directly inform business decisions and optimize client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete all baseline reporting and ad-hoc requests
• Monitor campaign effectiveness through operationalized reporting
• Collaborate with business teams to address analytical challenges
• Analyze business opportunities using structured queries
• Ensure compliance with all data privacy requirements
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a Data or Performance Analyst role
• Advanced SQL Server/AWS Athena knowledge
• Experience with Tableau and Big Data tools
• Strong analytical skills with business acumen
• Proficient in Microsoft tools including Excel and Visual Basic
