Become a Deskside Support Expert focused on delivering top-tier hardware and software solutions. We look for a proactive individual skilled in handling complex IT issues and ensuring smooth operations.
Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in deskside support and IMAC activities.
Your role will involve establishing effective communication with clients, performing installations, troubleshooting a range of technical problems, and managing service calls promptly. You will also participate in hardware refreshes and network support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver intermediate-to-advanced deskside support to end users
• Manage hardware break-fix services and installations
• Provide hands-on assistance with customer inquiries
• Undertake basic LAN-related activities and bench repairs
• Maintain clear communication and status updates on service calls
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of IMAC and break-fix experience
• Relevant A+ and Cisco or Microsoft certifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to work independently or lead a team
• Recognized IT diploma required
