At a mid-level, your primary responsibilities include first-level support for Elentra, assisting students and faculty with technology needs. You will work closely with the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry's IT team, supporting the development and testing of software systems. This position also offers opportunities for project management and ongoing training development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer first-level support for users of Elentra
• Collaborate with faculty and IT for technical needs
• Design and implement training materials for users
• Participate in IT project support and data management
• Address technology challenges for medical and dental programs
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in information technology
• Minimum 2 years of relevant computer support experience
• Experience in healthcare education technology preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office for training materials
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
