In this Service Technician II role, you will engage in troubleshooting for end-user computing across seven member hospitals. Your expertise in handling hardware, software, and connectivity issues will significantly impact patient care. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are key for success in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the initial contact for technical support requests
• Document and resolve service tickets efficiently
• Assist users with hardware and software issues
• Follow up to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other teams for complex issues
Requirements:
• 2-year Diploma in computer technology or similar
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical support experience
• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
