In this pivotal role, you will draw from over 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud to translate HR needs into effective solutions. Expectations include troubleshooting system issues, participating in quarterly updates, and providing ongoing support to HR teams and stakeholders while implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle modules

• Monitor and resolve integration issues

• Conduct testing and manage release processes

• Facilitate stakeholder training and documentation

• Recommend system enhancements and improvements
Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience with Oracle HCM

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Proficiency in testing and documentation

• Understanding of data governance regulations

• Strong analytical and communication skills
