Location: Southwestern Ontario
Lead Sun Life Canada's analytics team as a Manager - Reporting Analytics, focusing on data-driven solutions for Group Retirement Services. Transform insights into actionable strategies to enhance client experiences.
This is an 18-month contract role that aims to cultivate robust analytical capabilities within Sun Life's Group Retirement Services. The successful candidate will manage a dedicated team, developing key performance metrics and business intelligence solutions. Contributors will engage with stakeholders to meet their analytical needs while driving continuous improvement efforts across processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand and address business needs
• Direct and support performance analysts in prioritizing work
• Investigate data anomalies and generate actionable insights
• Create visualizations to tell compelling data stories
• Identify solutions for process automation and efficiency
Requirements:
• 3+ years leading an analytical team
• 5+ years in Data Analyst or Performance Analyst roles
• Proficient in AWS, Python, or SQL technologies
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and VBA tools
