Location: Southwestern Ontario
Lead the mission of enhancing employee technology adoption at Sun Life! The Digital Employee Experience Specialist role is pivotal in connecting employees with vital tools.
As part of the Chief Technology Office, this role focuses on promoting technology accessibility and ensuring employees feel comfortable using tools like Microsoft 365. You will play a key part in gathering employee feedback and developing resources that simplify digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce targeted communication and support materials
• Oversee the execution of technology change plans
• Manage digital content across knowledge-sharing platforms
• Engage employees through feedback surveys
• Compile best practices for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Degree in communications, business, or technology
• 1-2 years in tech or business communication roles
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capacity to handle multiple initiatives
