Location: Southwestern Ontario
Take on the role of Data Quality and Governance Expert at Equitable, a hybrid position focusing on comprehensive data management strategies. Your contributions will enhance data-driven decision-making for the company.
As a key member of the team, you will support the implementation and optimization of data governance frameworks and master data management processes. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will ensure data quality standards are maintained and continuously improved, alongside regulatory compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the implementation of data governance frameworks
• Manage data quality monitoring and remediation
• Collaborate on enterprise data platform initiatives
• Assist in developing data management training
• Document and maintain governance processes and artifacts
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in Data Governance roles
• Strong skills in SQL and data modeling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and tools
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Preferred background in financial services or insurance
