Location: Southwestern Ontario

McAfee seeks an entry-level Analyst in Retention Analytics to drive insights and improve subscriber retention strategies from a hybrid workspace in Canada. Use Python and SQL to analyze customer behavior and churn.

In this full-time role, you will become part of the Engagement & Retention team, focusing on retention analytics across the subscriber lifecycle. Your primary duties include analyzing churn behavior, measuring campaign impacts, and providing actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective data-driven decision-making and assist in modernizing reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze subscriber behavior and churn risks

• Identify conversion levers and customer journey pain points

• Measure campaign effectiveness and A/B test results

• Produce analytical summaries for leadership presentations

• Collaborate with Data Engineering to automate reporting

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or related fields

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Experience with subscriber lifecycle performance
