Data-Driven Reporting Analyst at RideCo

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Transform client satisfaction in transportation tech as a Reporting Analyst with Ride Co in Waterloo Region, Ontario. Leverage Power BI to create impactful reports and drive operational performance.

As a Reporting Analyst on the Customer Success team, you will engage with various stakeholders to design and present reports measuring key success metrics.

Your role will encompass collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Data Engineers to develop scalable reporting solutions that align with client retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer discovery to assess existing reporting needs

• Map and modify reports for customer continuity during launch

• Design and maintain automated Power BI reports

• Track KPIs and innovate metrics for client success

• Generate custom reports for operational insight

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field or related discipline

• 2+ years in analytics or reporting roles

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI

• Experience with Redshift and DAX preferred

• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
