Location: Southwestern Ontario
Become a pivotal part of Sun Life as a Business Systems Analyst, focused on translating user needs into system requirements. Collaborate across teams to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
Reporting to the Manager of Business & Systems Analysis, this role requires 3-5 years of experience in business analysis. You will conduct needs analysis, write user stories, and support operational rollouts. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this collaborative position that bridges technology with business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze user needs and create system requirements
• Collaborate on business requests linking processes and systems
• Provide insights into internal and external documentation
• Review and comment on technical and business documents
• Support end-to-end validation of business rollouts
Requirements:
• University degree in business or technology
• 3 to 5 years as a Business & Systems Analyst
• Bilingual (French and English) for Quebec positions
• Familiarity with financial services is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
