Key Responsibilities:
• Guide teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile practices
• Support Product Owners in prioritizing initiatives
• Foster cross-training and mutual support in squads
• Navigate technical and business roadblocks strategically
• Maintain visual management tools and track key metrics
Requirements:
• College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• At least 3 years as a Scrum Master
• Financial Services industry experience is advantageous
• Certification as a Scrum Master or must obtain within one year
• Background in software development or project management
