Join Manulife's Canada Data Governance team as a Senior Data Governance Analyst to enhance data quality, compliance, and accessibility in a hybrid work setting.

In this senior leadership role, you will drive best practices and implement data governance initiatives across the Canada segment. Your expertise in data cataloging, data quality management, and Informatica tools will be critical in fostering strong collaboration with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and technology teams. You'll create actionable plans from Global Data Governance KPIs and monitor progress for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of data governance programs across Canada

• Oversee data catalog, metadata management, and quality controls

• Resolve data governance issues adhering to enterprise standards

• Translate global strategies into actionable plans for Canada

• Advise stakeholders on governance best practices and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in data governance roles

• Hands-on experience with Informatica tools and SQL

• Skills in data analysis, profiling, and visualization

• Proven collaboration in a matrixed environment
