Position: Trade Support Analyst for Top Bank
Become a Trade Support Analyst at one of Canada’s top 5 banks, providing essential support on the Toronto Trade Floor. Handle hardware, software, and mobile issues for users with expertise.

At Insight Global, the Trade Support Analyst will be critical in resolving day-to-day technical challenges for users in a fast-paced environment. This role requires desk support experience and fluency in Windows, along with strong knowledge in Citrix. Your responsibilities will ensure a seamless operational experience for traders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily user support for hardware and software

• Address mobile configuration issues efficiently

• Troubleshoot physical and virtual machines

• Collaborate with team members to solve technical problems

• Ensure ownership and accountability in all tasks

Requirements:

• Previous desk support experience required

• Proficiency in Windows and Citrix knowledge

• Strong customer service skills essential

• Must be available 5 days a week onsite

• Flexibility for occasional overtime necessary
