IT Service Desk Analyst at RAC WA

Location: West Perth

Become a key part of the IT team at RAC WA as a Service Desk Analyst. Provide first and second level support to enhance user experience with hardware and software in a 12-month term role.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the primary support contact for RAC's internal and external customers. This role involves resolving end-user issues, educating users on troubleshooting techniques, and maintaining excellent customer service in accordance with Service Level Agreements. Engage in team training and manage hardware/software documentation while prioritizing incidents and ensuring stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to support queries via phone, online, or in person

• Resolve end-user issues effectively and promptly

• Educate users on troubleshooting and equipment operation

• Maintain documentation of known issues and solutions

• Manage P1 and P2 incident priorities and communications

Requirements:

• Experience in IT Service Desk support

• Proficient in Windows, networking, and hardware issues

• Knowledgeable in Active Directory and Microsoft Office

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Available for 100% in-office work with a night shift roster
