You will analyze churn and renewal behaviors across the subscriber lifecycle, translating complex data into clear insights for executive review. Key tasks will include evaluating marketing campaign effectiveness and partnering with the Data Engineering team to innovate reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze churn risks and renewal patterns

• Identify customer journey pain points and conversion signals

• Measure impact of retention initiatives and A/B tests

• Deliver clear, concise reports for leadership

• Support automation efforts to streamline reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in analytics, consulting, or banking

• Strong proficiency in Excel, Python, and SQL
