Data & Reporting Analyst - Physical Security

Location: Southwestern Ontario

In this position, you will support Physical Security & Crisis Management by producing actionable reporting and enhancing processes related to governance and compliance. The role requires collaboration across multiple teams, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders. It focuses on identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate audit evidence and documentation for compliance

• Manage reporting schedules and ensure timely deliverables

• Produce clear, executive-ready reports and dashboards

• Analyze trends and metrics to enhance reporting quality

• Identify improvements in workflows and data practices

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in governance, reporting, or data analytics

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and automation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational and planning abilities

• Attention to detail and comfort in fast-paced environments
